Credit card payments in favor of Albury's Ferry Service are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as ALBURY S FERRY SERVICE on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

FOR FERRY TICKETS

Each ticket contains a unique QR code that will be scanned on the ferry when you arrive for your trip.  At this time we are unable to read QR codes from smart phones, tablets or other devices so you MUST print your tickets in advance of your trip and present it as you board your ferry.  Multi-trip tickets such as round trip or ten trip passbooks need to be printed ONLY ONCE. The unique QR code lets us know what type of ticket series was purchased.   

All MH ferries depart from The Crossing in Marsh Harbour unless otherwise specified.   Guana Cay bound ferries depart from Mangoes Dock. 

Routine stops for Hope Town are the Lower Dock, Upper (Post Office) Dock and the Lodge Dock.  

*North end or Lighthouse stops may be honored if time permits but are not guarantted.  Please ask one of our Mates when you board if you would like to get off at one of these stops.

If you are unsure of which dock you should disembark, please ask one of our Mates and they will be happy to guide you.  

 

Travel Times

Marsh Harbour to Hope Town: 20 minutes

Marsh Harbour to Man O War: 20 minutes

Marsh Harbour to Scotland/Guana Cay: 40 minutes

*** FOR CHARTER GUESTS ***

When you arrive for your charter you must have a copy of your receipt/ticket, either printed or saved to your smart phone.  Our staff will scan the QR code once you board your charter.  All charter bookings will be confirmed by a member of our staff after they have been booked to ensure we have all of the necessary information and to confirm any details or moving parts.
